This document outlines the requirements for the different type of display permit: Vehicle, Cooking/Heat-Producing Device, Equipment, Open Flames/Candles. It also provides sheets to fill in your items to be permitted, which you will send to Show Management no later than 21 days before move-in. Show Management will put in the permit application.
Any vehicle or equipment (such as, but not limited to lawn equipment, generators, etc.) which utilizes a fuel/power source (liquid or battery) entering the building for display MUST have a permit issued by the Grapevine Fire Marshal. Refer to the Grapevine Fire Marshal Permit Rules and Application Information for display vehicle/equipment permit requirements. The document lists all requirements for a vehicle/equipment to be displayed inside.
